Welcome to casefinity.co! By shopping with us, you agree to these simple terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Since we create custom products, we need to be on the same page:

You Promise: You own the rights to the photos you upload. (Please don't upload trademarked logos or art you don't own).
We Promise: The custom art we make is for you to enjoy!

We try to be perfect, but sometimes typos happen.

Pricing Errors: If we accidentally list a case for £0.00, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone (though we are usually pretty chill).

We stand by the quality of our cases, but we aren't superheroes.

The Case: If the case itself breaks or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for free.
The Phone: Our cases are tough, but they aren't magic. We are not liable for damage to your phone, tablet, or device if you drop it. Our liability is limited to the cost of the case itself.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
