  • Standard Items: You can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days.
  • Personalised Items: Because these are made just for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Original Payment: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Faulty Custom Items: If a personalised case is faulty, we offer a full refund or a free replacement—it’s your choice!
